As a result, everyone has dinner plans. That part is covered.
The question is what to do with the rest of the day. We’re usually in and around the city centre, so we mapped out an itinerary we actually follow. It’s ideal for this Thursday, but flexible enough for any other day you find yourself wandering Athens. And if dinner somehow isn’t booked yet, don’t worry, we handled that too.

“Soft, Sharp and Hollow, Like their Breath”

Using watercolor, drawing, painting and sculptural installations, Marianna lgnataki creates characters outside of boundaries, frames and identities, in a surrealistic universe. Her work ranges from minimalist scenes and portraits to exaggerated, kitschy, rococo inspired compositions. The influences of her personal journey in Greece, China and Germany and the borrowing of anthropological elements from all three of these cultures are evident in all of her visual depictions, emphasizing that horror, fear and “monsters” are the same everywhere and unite us all.
